Shakti Yoga Shala is a beautiful studio set in the midst of Big Basin Vineyards. The tranquil setting is the perfect place for the inspirational teaching of Samantha Shakti Brown. She has been a teacher of yoga for over 16 years and is dedicated to bringing the therapeutic wisdom of yoga to her students in a way that is joyful and empowering.
