ALL CLASSES LISTED ABOVE (EXCEPT FOR THE MONDAY INTRO COURSE) CONTINUE EVERY WEEK. DROP-IN, NO BOOKINGS NECESSARY.
8 Week Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga Winter Course July 22 - Sept 9 (Mon): Learn a set yoga sequence with Jen. Suitable for beginner's and those new to vinyasa yoga. $120 for the course - bookings essential. Early bird special of $100 if paid in full by July 5.
Level1/2 Vinyasa (Tues): Jake will guide students through dynamic sequences stemming from classical Sun Salutations. With variation week-to-week and drawing from a wider array of postures, this class presents more of a challenge than Level 1. Drop-in, start anytime.
Level 1 Vinyasa (Wed): enjoy a weekly tune-up with Jake's deep flowing sequences. Suitable for those new to vinyasa, and for students who have completed an intro course. Beginner's also welcome. Drop-in, start anytime.
First class $5 for Toowoomba area residents, drop-in for $15; 5 class card for $70 (3 month expiry); 10 class card $130 (5 month expiry).
Teachers are fully qualified and insured.
