Rachel has been working with the body for over 10 years, she came to her yoga path while training as a dancer at the Alvin Ailey school in New York. Since then, she has been performing and teaching dance and yoga in the U.S, Canada and the UK. Rachel's classes are dynamic, energetic, challenging and fun but always infused with the spiritual, devotional teachings of the yoga practice. She uses her dance background to discover creative expression from the sanctuary of the mat and believes wholly in the practice as a vehicle to find grace, creativity and freedom in our sometimes structured lives.
