Leela Mata Peaceful Valley Ashram is an Ashram and Retreat Center for propagating health, happiness, creative growth, and self realization. We offer residential Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Yoga Classes, Thai Yoga Massage & Ayurvedic Massage, Ayurvedic Healing Retreats, and various creative healing and meditation workshops. Every Saturday at 4pm is Yoga Class for $10 followed by meditation and chanting(Satsang)and vegetarian potluck dinner (please bring a dish).
