Interested in the science of healing and having questions about how to know my true self : evoked in me the fire and zest to know more about yoga. My parents- Medical doctors by profession took me into the depths of science of yoga and healing. Furthur the quest was fulfilled by Joining Bihar School of Yoga which really explained to me the most fundamental aspects of yoga in its real sense. Iyengar yoga took me more closer to my physical existance and i could know my relation with my body, mind, and breathing. sVYASA - a world renowned yoga university made me more enligthened in the field of Yoga as Therapy. my Qualification as B.Sc (in yogic Science) helped me to evolve in the world. The integration of YOGA and AYURVEDA and PANCHKARMA was knoown to me when i joined Dr BALAJI TAMBE -ATMASANTULANA VILLAGE_ HOLISTIC LIVING COMMUNITY CENTER IN LONAVLA INDIA. I thank the nature to give me the opportunity to know the great science of yoga and and ayurveda so that i can serve the humanity at large by it.
