At Breathe True Yoga our mission is to introduce participants to different modalities of yoga and meditation in order to move towards the flowering of their full human potential. Some modalities include hatha and chakra Yoga, Vipassana Meditation, mantra Yoga, chakra dance, monthly sound journeys, Ayurveda, drumming circles and more. We offer weekly beginner and intermediate yoga classes and free meditation sittings. We also offer weekend retreats which include meals and accommodations.
