Kelowna Hot Yoga Studio

Our all natural, clean eco-friendly, wood flooring studio is heated to 103-105 Degrees F, plus humidity.

We are the only hot yoga studio in Kelowna to offer an amazing INFRARED heating system of which extends endless health benefits, along with a UV filter system that filters out all toxins, bacteria, retards and kills mold growth, mildew, as well as it allows the respiratory system a higher capacity to bring in more of our continuous clean fresh air into your system. Leaving the body feeling strong, open, and refreshed!

We offer Hatha Hot, Power Hot, Ashtanga Hot, Karma Yoga on the 1st Friday noon of each month We also offer various ongiong Yoga and Nutrition workshops and we will be offering a hot yoga teacher training program in the very near future. Please email if interested.
