Marie-Aude Préau (RYT - 200hr) is an inspiring teacher with 17 years of experience; she brings to the mat a wealth of knowledge and understanding of yoga and its many approaches. Certified in Vinyasa Flow by Sonic Yoga (RYS), she was certified in Kundalini yoga in 1998 (3HO - 100hr)and studied Pranayama with Dr. Tiwari in Lonavla, India for 4 years. With a down-to earth attitude to help students grow to their next potential, Marie-Aude gives attention to correct alignment, motivates each one with a dynamic approach, an open heart conveying her knowledge clearly and simply .
