I teach a Hatha blend called Moving Meditations. It's a slow flow class with a strong emphasis on personal awareness, philosophy, breath and integration. It can be physically vigorous or not. I stress that each student should make it their own. I don't focus on the postures as the goal of attainment, but rather using the physical postures on the mat as a practice for our life off our mats; which as we know is sometimes a difficult path. I do like to play with the poses and encourage students to have fun.
