I offer private yoga therapy classes and individual sessions designed for your specific needs. I teach a variety of techniques including pranayama, asanas, and meditation to work together with my students to foster their sense of empowerment to engage more fully in the world around them. I specialize in Stress Management, Anxiety, Depression and enable students to manage disorders such as MS, Arthritis and Cancer. I also teach pre-natal yoga.
