My main classes combine movements from Robert Masters' Psychophysical Method with hatha yoga to help release deeply held patterns in the muscles and joints. Students experience change quickly. I also teach basic yoga, and each class generally addresses all seven of the major Chakras. My emphasis is on each person working to his or her own level so I show several possible ways to do each posture. My classes are small so that I can give personal attention. In 26 years of practice I have taken yoga deeply into my being and I hope to convey the inner qualities that it brings -- beyond the physical benefits.
