Susan's teaches in the classic Iyengar method. She offers specific workshops/series in pranayama, philosophy, meditation, and chanting. Her classes are small, maximizing the guidance, and attention each student receives. Sue completed teacher training w/ Patricia Walden,and continues to study/assist classes w/ her. She is certified to teach prenatal yoga.
