I am a Certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Practitioner and a yoga teacher trained in and influenced by the teachings of Anusara. I offer private yoga therapy sessions and private and group yoga classes. I also offer workshops that combine media education and yoga to promote integrated relationships with the body.
