Asbury Yoga and Zumba is located inside Asbury Arts Center located between Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, Fleming Island, and Orange Park. Classes are offered for children and adults and are open to all levels. Restorative classes are offered for those seeking a chance to eliminate stress and gain mental clarity and yoga fit styles are availalbe for students wanting to enhance flexibity, strength and endurance. We encourage all students to work within their own limitations and offer a friendly non-competitive atmoshpere.
