We offer core based power yoga with an emphasis on alignment. Classes include Yoga 4 Surfers, Yoga Thugs, and monthly Full Moon Yoga. Besides yoga we also offer Paddle Board tours, Paddlesurf lessons and we combine the two with H2Om! A full yoga flow on the boards!
