Val is Iyengar & CYF qualified, with over 30 years practice and 20 years teaching experience. Many of her students have gone on to become yoga teachers themselves. She offers a warm welcome to beginners and experienced students in her classes in Hoylake, West Kirby, Heswall, Chester and Thornton Hough.
