The Yoga Garden is a cozy studio and RYS200/RYS500 teacher training school nestled in the heart of historic downtown Apex, NC. Our intent in designing the studio is to create an intimate, boutique-style atmosphere which will afford practitioners a nurturing space to deepen their practice while enhancing their mind-body connection. Dedicated to the classical philosophy of Raja Hatha Yoga as taught by the Yoga Sutras, our highly trained and certified instructors are ready to assist you along your yogic path. All Levels Welcome! Class and workshop offerings include: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Gentle, Restorative, Prenatal, Partner, Family, Children, Teen/Tween. All levels including Beginner and Advanced Practitioners. RYT Teacher Training and Advanced Training. We also offer Reiki and Massage services. Our goal is to help you expand your potential both spiritually and physically by offering time-honored practice techniques in a warm and inviting environment. Our highly trained teachers live their yoga and are exceptionally knowledgeable in all facets of classical raja yoga, offering a variety of classes taught in their own unique and distinctive styles. We teach in a manner that is conducive to a small to mid-size group setting and is mindful of each student's limitations and practice intentions. The Yoga Garden welcomes everyone ~ whether you have a dedicated practice and are seeking to advance further in your yogic studies, or if you are simply looking to lift the stress from daily activities through a guided flow of extensive stretching.
