The regular session consists of breathing exercises, loosening movements, stretches, Surya Namaskar , Asanas , Relaxation , Pranayama and Meditation.
One-on-one yoga therapy for specific illnesses and discomforts, by devising a special program to suit each individual is also conducted. I specialize in PRE-NATAL & POST NATAL HEALTH & FITNESS. Yoga for STRESS RELIEF & PCOD are my special forte.
Specialised programme and care is taken for people who are diabetic.
The session is AN HOUR - 75 mins depending on the program.
PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION ONLY classes can be conducted on special request.
Pranic healing is also done with a PRIOR APPOINTMENT for all ailments including general tiredness, stress, asthma, frozen shoulder, simple cold & cough etc.
I am a CERTIFIED yoga instructor from SVYASA. I have also done the P.G. Diploma in Yoga from Annamalai University. I completed Master's degress in Yoga from Annamalai University last year.
I have been teaching yoga for the past 11 years; 8 years overseas experience for foreign nationals in Indonesia, Egypt and Cambodia.
