Ulla Anneli, R.N., E-RYT500 has been teaching Yoga for more than twenty years. Her extensive medical background gives her students the added dimension of learning how Yoga poses affect their organs, systems and general health and well-being.
We are pleased to offer Yoga to the healthy and health-challenged alike. Some of our students have found relief from bursitis, chronic back pain and hypertension. Others have used Yoga to prepare for and recover from surgery and relieve chronic stress.
Ulla has taught Yoga for seniors, some as old as 103, for many years. Our Strength and Balance course has brought the joy of self-improvement to many people.
