Deep Green is a service oriented organization dedicated to inspiring health and beauty through herbal medicine, eco-retreats and Yoga. Deep Green's founder, Ashley Sky Litecky, is an ERYT200 and received her M.Sc. in Clinical Herbal Medicine. She offers yoga and herbal medicine education as a part of all Deep Green retreats. As a yoga instructor, Ashley emphases the importance of breath and presence in her classes and offers a unique style, blended from her background in yoga, herbal medicine, and the healing arts. She is known for her intelligent fusion of spirituality, humor, and attention to alignment, to move students to a place of greater freedom and joy.
