We teach for pre natel & post natel care asana's. We specially train girls for yoga comepetition. Apart from this we teach Therapeutic yoga for Respiratory troubles, Digestive problems, Diabetes, Thyroid, Back ache & B.P. Regularly we do conduct special camps for housewives in their locality.
