We opened Mighty Yoga in August 2009 to create a welcoming, fun, and supportive space where people can discover, explore, and expand their yoga practice. The vision for a yoga studio began on a winter day when we first saw the space, and over the next 8 months, that vision became Mighty Yoga. What started out as one person's dream has turned into a wonderful community, built by our teachers and students. Our studio has blossomed into a haven where yoga practitioners of all levels and backgrounds can be curious, playful, and adventurous. We strive to create a space where anyone can discover and explore yoga. We believe it is important to give back to our community. We offer donation-based workshops and classes regularly, that give to local, national, and international charities. We also regularly offer pay-what-you-can classes, open to people of all financial means. Through our community outreach, we give back locally and globally.
