Our special focus is non-anxious, non-embarrassing, non-injurious yoga that fits real people. If you have hesitated to go to your first class or tried yoga someplace else and felt bad about it, we are here to invite you into yoga. Our studio is small. Our specialty is guiding students into gentle, consistent yoga practice - with respect, encouragement, and lightheartedness.
