We run yoga classes, working closely with surf schools including Ticket to Ride who are hosting this event. We deliver a programme of 2x2hr yoga classes to complement the surf lessons, and also give a massage to ease those aching post-surf muscles. SURF and YOGA weekends. On the last weekend of every month we are running our 2010 SURF and YOGA Camps. You will learn to surf or improve the skills you already have, practice Vinyassa Yoga on the beach and get a Sweedish massage to finish the weekend! Enjoy your weekends, do something different!
