Shivaraj (Doug) is a 500-hour Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher. He has been practicing Yoga since 1972. His teaching embraces all levels from beginner to advanced. Classes are typically 1 to 1 1/2 hours and include centering, joint-freeing movements (pavanmuktasana), postures (asana), breath regulation (pranayama), deep relaxation (pratyahara), concentration (dharana), and meditation (dhyana).
