Classes are Hatha yoga with a heavy Iyengar style influence and incorporating Kripalu, Svroopa, and Kundalini, styles. Private and Group Classes available. Small personalized ongoing classes on Sundays & Wednesday held at Carlsbad Dance Centre, located in the Las Flores Plaza. Sunday 10:00am - 11:30am. Wednesdays 9:00am-10:00am. Room has floor length mirrors on one wall and wooden floors. Plenty of free parking in the plaza parking lot and on street. Drop Ins are welcome. 4 & 8 week series pricing available.
