In addition, for those interested in furthering the journey of making yoga a lifestyle, Trinity Yoga offers Prana Circle, a small, intimate gathering of yogis and yoginis, teachers and non, to discuss, practice, and study the yoga, as well as a full 200+ hour teacher training program.
