At our beautiful studio we offer daily yoga classes on a drop-in basis for all levels taught by certified yoga teachers. Styles include Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin. Also prenatal/postnatal yoga, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, core yoga, and power flow. kids yoga, meditation, beginner's classes, workshops, and 200 hour YogaWorks Teacher Training.
