Vichara Yoga rests on a foundation of mindful inquiry into and acceptance of what is perceived on all levels, mind, body, energy, and emotion in the moment. Upon this foundation we learn how to take care of body and mind through the practices of dynamic and passive yoga connected with a smooth full breath. Practice is begun and finished in meditative silence. Class takes place EVERY WEDNESDAY EVENING FROM 6-7:30pm
