Rancho Cordova Yoga offers Vinyasa Yoga, Yin/Yang Yoga, Lunch-Time Yoga Classes, On-Site Corporate Yoga Classes & Workshops, Free Yoga 101, and a Beginner Yoga Workshop. Well-trained teachers work in a non-competitive and encouraging atmosphere to bring yoga and community wellness to Rancho Cordova and the surrounding area.
