Meg began practicing yoga almost ten years ago purely because she wanted to get arms like Madonna! Little did she know that what was originally just another way to get fit would whisk her off on a journey of physical, mental and spiritual challenges.
From attending a class, once a week, Meg soon discovered that yoga wasn't just about having a never-ending supply of party tricks, or making your body into a human pretzel. She soon realised that doing yoga more often actually made her feel better on every level; and it was a feeling she wanted to share and help others to find.
She qualified as a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher in July 2007 and is has attained the Yoga Alliance 500 hours certificate. She teaches a range of clients from people who have never set foot anywhere near a yoga mat, to those who have their own regular practice. She has private clients, teaches her own courses for complete beginners, and regularly teaches classes in Gloucestershire's DW Sports Fitness Club and LA Fitness.
Meg is dedicated to furthering her understanding and knowledge of this amazing ancient practice, which she believes has changed her life. She regularly undertakes further training at the Centered Yoga Institute's base in Thailand as well as participating in regular workshops with some of the world's best teachers, including Neil Barker, John Scott, David Swenson, Lino Miele, Danny paradise and Chuck Miller.
She is available for private tuition, or groups of any size, and has experience of teaching in corporate, domestic and fitness environments!
