I teach privite/small group (up to 5) lessons that I make the theme/focus for You. Based on age, experience, flexibility, strength, comfort, and what you want out of a class I will make the class specifically around you and come (with my props) to your house or place of comfort. I teach Pranayama, Meditation, and Asana.Every pose has heavy emphasis on foundation, structure and alignment. The movement of the class comes from the breath & muscle strength and not momentum resulting in a slower more static practice. Classes also include philosophy, history, and anatomy relating to the yogic practices.
