At balance we provide a variety of classes to suit all, covering beginner introduction courses to advanced level including Yin Yoga, Yoga For Stress & Fatigue and specialist yoga classes for pregnancy, post-natal and yoga for runners/cyclists We also provide one-to-one private tuition. We offer many different styles of yoga and the highest standard of teaching. The teachers have adapted or combined a number of styles from within classical, hatha yoga to create their own individual practice and teaching; as such we try not to label the classes as a particular style unless otherwise stated. All teachers have studied Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa and many other forms. We encourage our students to find a class or teacher that suits them. If you would like help in identifying a suitable class or teacher please ask our reception staff. All classes taught by qualified accredited teachers. Throughout the year we host regular yoga events, workshops and retreats.
