I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years; completing my 200hr Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor in November 2004. I also completed my 255hr Professional Integrative Yoga Therapy training at Kripalu in September 2009. In 2010, I surpassed 500 hours of formal training in yoga instruction and Integrative Yoga Therapy. I am a member of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association. I am also certified in adult and child CPR and First Aid.
