Hatha Yoga involves preparatory stage of physical purification that the body practices for higher meditation. During the class, students will be taught basic pranayama (breathing techniques) which will help to improve their mental being. Aside to that, asanas will be introduced. Precautions and benefits for each asanas will be explained so as to provide students a deeper understanding for each asanas that is being taught.
