Join Teresa at the Belleair Beach Community Center, on west side of the beautiful Belleair causeway. Enjoy the tranquil water view and casual outdoor setting as you immerse yourself in the elements of outdoor Yoga. Bend, breath and reach your way to a place of peace, grace balance and bliss. Practice will be held every Wednesday and Saturday @ 9 AM. Look for the circular patio on the east lawn. Bring a thick Yoga mat, towel and water. In the event of inclimate weather; class will be canceled. This class will be suitable to all levels of Yoga experience and will offer a great starting place for the beginner. Cost is $8:00 No restroom facility available on Saturdays. Please consider your hydration and food intake accordingly. It is best practice to avoid eating or over hydrating 2 hours before class begins. Please see City of Belleair Beach for more information and potential schedule changes. Teresa also teaches at other locations and is currently specializing in and researching Yoga for Alzheimers. Other certifications include Yoga Therapy, Yoga for children and Restorative Yoga.
