Evening classes Mon & Thur. 6pm to 7.30. Lunch time Tues. 1pm-2.30. General classes, beginners welcome. All equipment supplied, small class size (max 10 students) so you get more individyual attention. All teachers apply yoga therapy techniques to their teaching, so it is safe for everyone. Yoga therapy and private lessons can also be arranged.
