No matter who you are, or were you are in life, sick or well, old or young, male or female, Eastern or Western,this is the place for you to BE! It's not about BEing perfect or BEing able to get yourself into pretzel positions. It's about BEcoming a better you! The classes held at Be Yoga Fit are Hott Yoga, Yoga Basics, Core Burning, Pre-teens Yoga and Kids Yoga. We welcome all levels, and reminde people that yoga is not a competition and for eveyone to go at there own pace!! :)
