I teach a flowing class focussed on movement with breath, bringing flexibility and strength to the body and peace to the mind. Drawing upon my wide experience of yoga styles, I aim to provide a balanced class, so my students can find the harmony between movement and stillness. I also teach Perinatal Yoga: Pregnancy Yoga, to help the pregnant woman adapt to the changes in her body and emotions during this unique time in her life. Couples Birth Workshops enable the father to take part fully in supporting the Birth experience as well as offering a variety of tools and techniques for the mother to manage labour and birthing lightly. Postnatal Yoga welcomes the woman across the threshold to motherhood.
