Classes are taught in the tradition of BKS Iyengar. We offer beginning, intermediate, and advanced classes. Our sessions run like a course so students are taken through a variety of asanas (poses) with each class building on what was learned in the previous classes. Teachers at the studio are certified Iyengar instructors.
