Swati has certifications from esteemed institutions of India (Yoga Institute, Bombay) and USA (Integral Yoga, VA). She has over 10 yrs teaching experience. She has been practicing yoga since age 6 and is a graduate in Philosophy with Yoga as one of her key subjects. She guarantees at every class you will feel energized with the poses and yet not tired, but completely refreshed and relaxed. She intends to inspire others by teaching yoga. She believes that a strong mind leads to a strong body. In today's times where each one faces tremendous challenges and tensions everywhere and especially with the need for Universal Peace and Harmony, she feels the need to spread the joy of exploring Peace within oneself through Yoga in the hearts of the Human Race !!
