We have been teaching yoga in Alexandria for over 10 years! Clients include and have included Governor Mark Warner, the Department of Justice, Department of Defence, Inova Healthsource, and the World Bank. We provide classes, workplace, and private lessons, as well as regular workshops, and retreats. US1Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance and runs an annual Yoga Teacher Training program (since 2003), hosting well known special guest teachers.
