Bikram Yoga is a beginner's level class, accessible and appropriate for all ages and physical abilities. You don’t need to be flexible to attend. In order to receive 100% of the benefit you just need to try the postures in the right way. After a few classes, you'll be surprised at how quickly you improve and amazed at how incredible you feel. Bikram Yoga relies on clear language and produces tangible medical results.
The 90 minute class is made up of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, specifically created to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in a systematic order. The room is heated to help your muscles stretch safely. Be ready to sweat!
