Santosha School of Yoga

The 500-hour Santosha School of Yoga Teacher Training and Certification program is a 9 month program which builds on the 200 hour basic training with an additional 300 hours of advanced course work.

This course has been designed to: provide a deep exploration of the classical teachings of yoga; inspire teachers to continue with the quest for self awareness and harmony; strengthen one?s personal yoga practice and personal growth; increase ones? awareness for conscious living; provide in-depth training in yoga philosophy; provide in depth training , study and practice of yoga asana and pranayama; explore Patanjali?s Eight Limbed system as taught in the Yoga Sutra; explore the theory and applications from the ancient texts: Vedas, Upanishads, Bhaghavad Gita, and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika
