VASAMI - is a theme of my Yog teaching! I have successfully completed 'Bihar School of Yoga's Diploma course at Thane, as well as Basic and Advance course of "Power Yoga". Already working as a yoga trainer on volunteer basis with one yoga institute. By education, I'm M.A.(English Lit.) Mumbai University. With my interest & passion, I have extended a professional service in YOGA to FEMALE ONLY, on a private training basis. I'm honoured to have a trusted and well appreciated association with all my current as well as past FEMALE 'yog sadhak'-cum-friends!!!
