Eunice's approach to teaching is both disciplined and gentle, employing innovative variations to accommodate individual capacities. Her aim is not only to encourage physical transformation but also to inspire inner reflection to help the individual develop a practice that is conscious, kind, mindful and meaningful. Dedicated to practicing yoga in all its strands, Eunice seeks to use yoga as a tool to help individual needs. She is particularly interested in karma yoga, or service, and recently spent four months in Rwanda teaching yoga to HIV-positive women and children. Eunice is an eternal student and remains committed to continuing her own studies and developing a profound understanding of yoga. In addition to the guidance provided by her yoga teachers, she is also influenced by Buddhist philosophy, and in her classes draws on wisdom from teachers of various traditions and disciplines ? from Bob Marley to H.H. the Dalai Lama, and from St. Francis of Assisi to her Mum.
