We offer Yoga and Pilates classes on several styles, Hatha yoga for all levels, Ashtanga yoga, Gentle yoga, Yoganamic and Pilates mat & Fit Ball. Also in our studio you may find Seminars and workshops, on Yoga philosophy, Pranayama, Yoga on chair and more. Once per year we guide a 200 hour Teachers Training Course. Our program meets the Standards of Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. Also every summer we organise Yoga retreats and Yoga holidays in unique places around Greece.
