Marleen's Yoga Center offers classes 7 days a week in Southport and Westport, for students of all levels. Our instructors focus on integrating body/mind/spirit through the ancient practice of yoga. All our classes are dedicated to creating flexibility, strength and peace in your life. Classes are ongoing and drop-ins are welcome. The Center also offers workshops, retreats, and guest instructors from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. All our teachers are certified.
