Elisa is a British Wheel of Yoga and US Yoga Alliance accredited teacher based in West London with over 20 years of Yoga and Pilates experience. She teaching many weekly open classes, corporate, private students and secondary schools in Notting Hill, Holland Park, Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham and Shepherds Bush. Her students include teenagers, stressed out professionals, new and expectant mums, refugees and migrant workers, forever forties and those requiring a more restorative practice - her eldest private student is 88 and youngest 8! Elisa also leads yoga holidays and day retreats which are a fantastic extended opportunity to explore yoga with others both on and off the mat.
