I teach one to one or group Hatha Yoga classes outside of my regular corporate wellness job. Currently, I work for MediFit Corporate Services as a program manager. Since moving to Houston in Feb 2011, I primarily teach yoga at my place of employment where you must be a Shell employee to attend my classes. I am willing to take on private clients instructing one-to-one private lesson or small group classes (2-5) classes. I have been teaching yoga since May 2005 and I have a Masters degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Science). Enjoy quality yoga instruction and enjoy the benefits obtain from a regular yoga practice. I don't just teach exercise, I TEACH A LIFESTYLE!
